I forgot my password
Ask for a reset link on your account page — enter your email and tap “Forgot your password?”.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under Settings → Delete account, or on your account page here. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and it does not cancel an App Store subscription — manage those in your device’s settings.
What do you do with my data?
Less than you would guess — no analytics, no ads, and meal photos are never stored. The whole picture is on the data page.
A number looks wrong
Every day is judged against the goal that was in force on that day, so changing a goal today never rewrites last week. If something still looks off, email a screenshot and the date and we will dig in.
